The Plan looks great but I cant help think that in no time, just managing what I have to do to, which site is a logistical challenge.
I'm refering to developing a new site, and then going back to all previous sites to research, write, publish, and distribute a article, build links etc. Seems daunting to manage.
So I wonder how you all do it, or if I've just psyched myself out here. |

Yes, the idea is very daunting, especially when you're talking about 1 new website a week! It makes my mind boggle too...
I think you just need to relax and take it one day at a time. Ensure your time is well organized, so you know what you need to do each day.
Eventually, when you start making good money, you can probably afford to have articles ghostwritten, or you can use PLR articles, so you're not trying to write one new article per site per week (which would be next to impossible for most people).
I've only just started building websites according to The Plan, and so far it's going okay.
Cheers

Another thing to consider is the fact that one site on one general topic can take the place of many sites. As Fiona suggested in another post, a site about pets could take the place of 30 - 40 websites. It would cover dogs, cats, reptiles, rodents, birds, fish, etc.
You could design one site about each pet or you could make one big site that covers all the pets.
Just a little something to think about |

All the marketing people talk about pickng a narrow niche, and to not make an "all things to all people" website because you could never compete with the likes of, say, About.com or whatever.
But since Google sees each page as it's own thing, it seems to me that you could build each "silo" of one site as it's own mini-site. |
