As any relevant link with PR 6 or higher can be extremely valuable, is there any directory you would recommend to actually pay to include your link?

In the Link Directory submitter software, there are many directories with PR 3 or lower that try to stiff you for $5 AND a reciprocal link.

Finding the few directories that are actually worth paying would be of great help.
