Hi,
How important is it for my money sites to rank high in Google SERPS with a higher PR (over PR3) to do the following?:
1. .com vs .net vs .info domains?
2. shared IP hosting vs. dedicated IP hosting?
3. 1 yr registrations vs 5 year registrations?
thanks,
Pete |

None.
I'll qualify that. I only use .com TLDs so I can't really speak authoritatively on that one - but my gut (usually a pretty reliable tool) says that it just doesn't matter as far as the SERPs go.
As for Items 2 & 3...
I use only shared hosting (as do about 95% of the web sites on the internet), and I only do 1 year registrations. All my sites get indexed by the big 3 in no more than a week, and I have top 10 listings on all three of the major search engines for many of my targeted keyword phrases.
Hope this helps,
