Hi,
I have a site that Google's at least heard of for the keyword "I Ching" and various related terms. Now, to attract enough people to make a living, I need to interest people in the self-development/ personal growth market in the I Ching. I know how relevant and related it is, but I don't suppose Google knows.
So should I add 'personal growth' themed articles, directories, blog posts and categories etc to my existing site that ranks for "I Ching"? (Would it have any chance of search engine rankings for these new terms?)
Or do I really need a separate site for what G would probably regard as an unrelated topic? (And how much work would it take to get a site ranked visibly in such a popular area? brrr)
Could adding 'personal growth' content to my 'I Ching' site actually damage its ranking for 'I Ching'?
I'm at the early planning stages for a redesign next year and would be very grateful for any suggestions! |
