I've been through most all of the SEO 2020 and ThemeZoom info several times but I'm still unclear about the best linking structure on the silo index page.
Is it all right to link to ALL the article pages from the index page and then have each article link to the next until you finally link out of the last article to the next silo?
For example, I would like to have my index page be all content driven and then at the bottom of that page have a "Related Articles" section where I would have each article in that silo listed using the appropriate anchor text. In this way, I have a neat way to organize my articles and the links to them.
This would enable me to easily update the page when new articles are added without having to change any of the main content.
Or, should the linking from the index page only go to the first article? Then, that article would go to article #2, etc.
I think I've seen it done both ways, but the main question is... can I link to all the articles or should I just link to the first one?
Thanks. |
