Anyone using a dedicated server to host all these sites
were making, if so which one.
It seems ipowerweb is good starting at $79 per month.
You get 80gb hard drive, does that mean I can probably
make 80 websites.

Hi Jeremy,
I have three dedicated servers and the one I like best is hosted by LiquidWeb. If you're seriously considering a dedicated server - they're who I'd recommend as they have excellent prices on managed servers and good support as well.
Looking at the deal offered by iPowerWeb - well, it's not very good. It's unmanaged, which means you would have to keep it up to date with security patches and upgrades. Also, it only allows you to put 30 domains on it. You'll definitely want more capability than that - a dedicated server should allow unlimited domains.

Thanks gravtex,
I didn't know there were managed and unmanaged dedicated
servers. Presently I have 7 sites with Lunarpages and 1 with
ipowerweb.
Everytime I make a site I pay around $100 for a year.
Looking to leverage my hosting to make more sites faster.
I'll take a look at Liquidweb.
Thanks again,
Jeremy |

A good dedicated server is a bit much for me right now.
The baby plan at hostgator, how many sites could I make
with that space, say each site has up to 500 pages.
I want to try and leverage my hosting costs.
Thanks,
Jeremy |
